"World renowned skiing, stylish atmosphere and French charm"

Restaurants
No French town is complete without its café culture and Chamonix doesn’t disappoint. There are over 130 of them in the valley. They range form pizza takeaways to the 2-star Michelin Hameau Albert 1er; Chamonix has everything in-between including of course local Savoyard, Japanese, Chinese, Swedish, Indian and International cuisine. Our firm favorites which we would of course be happy to book a table for you on your evenings out include:

L’Atmosphere – French restaurant cooking ‘haute cuisine’, great wine list and a stunning position in the middle of town overlooking the river. Book early to get a river view.

L’Impossible
– Set in a beautiful old barn offering top end Savoyard dishes mixed with some international ones, professional service.

Munchies
– The locals favorite, owned and run by a Swedish chef the quality is consistently good and the fusion menu dynamic.

La Caleche
– If you want to get a feel for the Savoyard culture this is the restaurant to visit, nice local dishes with fascinating interior décor.

La Cabane
– Newly built on the Chamonix golf course this restaurant has already staked its claim to be one of the valleys best. Nice mix of local and international dishes, good wine list with a stunning building.

Hameau Albert 1er;
– 2-star Michelin silver service. The Michelin award speaks for itself about the quality of the food and service, traditionally French, great wine cave to complement.

Hotel Eden
– Another local’s favorite, good mix of Savoyard and international dishes. Nice relaxed atmosphere with good friendly service. Good bar to start the event.

Le Sarpe
– The real thing, Savoyard restaurant hidden away in the Les Bois area of Chamonix. Nice quality cuisine.
