What to Expect

“Blistering long descents, jaw dropping scenery - astonishing routes.”

Blistering long descents, jaw dropping scenery and some quite astonishing routes are what a skier will discover on this heliski adventure. That combined with true 5-star luxury and service and the numerous and varied facilities that Chamonix has to offer. The other big benefits are that Chamonix is just 1 hour by private transfer from Geneva airport and Geneva is 2 hours or less from most European countries. No need to travel half the globe to get to this world renowned ski area.

Come and ski from 3-7 days and bring the family and friends, whether they ski or not. Whilst you’re off skiing ‘steep and deep’ the chalets staff can be ferrying your cohorts to the ski slopes, shopping or even a round of golf in early May. A destination with truly something for everyone and a fireproof way to keep a relationship intact; no more “Honey, I’m off for 10-days heli-skiing in Alaska”.

Chamonix is the perfect base from which to locate the best snow conditions in the Alps on any given day. It is only 20-minutes by private luxury chauffeured vehicle to Italy or Switzerland where you’ll grab your airborne ride; heliskiing is not allowed in France. You’ll typically do 3 drops per day with 2000m of vertical on average per drop. The terrain is varied from steep couloirs to broad glacial fields; you can go as steep as is humanly possible! Chamonix has its own weather pattern so if the weather is bad in Italy and Switzerland you can typically still get great skiing in the valley, not many ski days wasted here.

For something completely different try the Heli-Tarentaise Tour, seven resorts in one day: Leave Chamonix by helicopter over the Vallee Blanche to Tignes, snowmobiles take you to your first spectacular descent. Skiing to Champgny, then La Plagne, Bellecote-skiing the north face de Bellecote to Peisey Nan Croix, LesArcs and then to Villaroger. Back in the helicopter to Argentiere and finish the day with a fantastic decent on Les Grands Montets. Six to nine thousand metres of vertical in one day!!

If that’s not enough then if the group desire and the conditions are right catch the helicopter to within seven hundred meters of the Mont-Blanc summit standing at 4807m. Tour to the top then ski down to Chamonix crossing the Bosson Glacier.

Your accommodation will be in one of our 5-star chalets. Each chalet has a team of professional staff, they look after your groups needs and wishes, and nothing is too much. Facilities include outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, cinema, satellite TV and all modern communications such as Wi-fi ADSL. Your chef will deliver gastronomic excellence and the chauffeurs take you wherever you wish to go.

There is of course an open bar!
