Chalet Zenith / Directions

Driving Directions from Geneva – Cointrin Airport to Chalet Zenith

There is only one way to leave the airport from the Swiss side. Follow signs for France (in green) and keep following them the whole way.

Special Note: You will pay two tolls on the way to Chamonix totaling nearly 6 Euros. Foreign currencies are not accepted as payment.

• Go through 4 sets of traffic lights. At the 5th set of lights, turn left

• Immediately get into the right hand lane and take a quick right turn at the signed marked France (this is the A40 motorway but is not marked as such).

• You will take this all the way in to the Chamonix Valley, so keep following the signs for France and then the signs for the Chamonix/Mont Blanc tunnel. After approx. 55 miles on the highway you will cross a large, very long bridge before passing through 2 tunnels. You are now entering the Chamonix Valley.

• Continue along this dual carriageway; go straight across the next roundabout (2nd exit goes to the Mont Blanc tunnel and Italy) following signs for Chamonix centre-ville.

• Next roundabout take the 3rd exit. • Go across the next mini-roundabout.

• At traffic lights go straight across and up the hill ( do not take the turn to the right that takes you down a parade of shops towards Chamonix town centre)

• At next roundabout take the 3rd exit and go up the steep hill towards the Brevent ski station.
• At top of hill (ski station is directly in front) turn left.

• Follow this road for 500m, after 300m you will see a big open meadow on you right.

• In front is a hamlet of old buildings, this is Moussoux

• Keep following the road straight after entering Moussoux and after 40 metres on your right you will see a very small turn on your right (look at address below for road name).

• Go up this road and Chalet Zenith is at the top. Park your vehicle in front of the garage.

Note- in winter the small road the chalet resides on can be very slippery and it is very narrow, if you are not comfortable then park before you get to Moussoux on the right hand side and we will come and meet you to collect your bags.
