Booking your Holiday

Preliminary Reservations

Please telephone our UK office on +44 (0) 1344 849 135 to discuss your holiday requirements and to check the Chalet's availability for your preferred dates. You may make a preliminary reservation giving you first option on the chalet for a period of three days. At this time you will be sent a personal quotation detailing the reservation. If you do not confirm the booking within the required time, your reservation will lapse and the chalet will be offered to other parties. However, this period can be extended by arrangement if there is no other interest in your chosen date.

Confirming Your Booking

Having read and agreed with our booking conditions, please sign your quotation and post it to us with the required 25% deposit. Alternatively the deposit may be paid by credit card or debit card over the phone.

  • Final payment is required eight weeks before departure. Full payment is required if booking within this time.
  • A confirmation invoice will be issued on receipt of the signed quotation form and payment.
  • Please note that until we have received the signed quotation form and deposit your reservation will be treated as an option only, subject to expiry as above.
